Why?
Every commercial business exists to make money. We are no exception. But we believe that what we do matters more than just the profits we make.
We are passionate about learning and education. We also believe in working in a sustainable business - in all senses, including financially and environmentally.
Our private ownership means that we don't have to be preoccupied with growth targets. We sometimes have the luxury of choosing what work we do, and there are certain types of organisation we won't work for.
We try and behave in an environmentally sensitive manner as much as we can - doing common-sense things like taking public transport and cycling to work.
We have no truck with prejudice of whatever sort.
